In the evening, after enjoying an aperitif in the lounge, you can dine in the château's open kitchen beside the fire.
The chef, who began his training at several well-known Parisian restaurants including Le Dodin Bouffant and Le Pactole alongside Jacques Manière and Jean-Marie Clement, and then in Brussels at L'Oasis and La Pomme Cannelle with Michel Beyls, will serve personalised French traditional cuisine made with fresh local ingredients and seasonal inspiration.
A single menu is served to all guests.
