In the evening after having your pre-dinner drinks in the drawing-room in winter or on the terrace facing the grounds in summer, you will be able to dine in the dining-room while at the same time enjoying the château’s open kitchen next to the fireplace. This is where Werner de Clippel busies himself preparing for you unique dishes worked with know-how and passion. For this exceptional cook, the best kind of cooking is cooking which pays homage to the seasons and to the inherent quality of produce.
The chef, who began his training in several renowned restaurants in Paris, amongst others the Dodin Bouffant and the Pactole with Jacques Manière and Jean- Marie Clement, then in Brussels at the Oasis, the Cravache D'or and the Pomme Cannelle with Michel Beyls, then the Perouse in Antwerp, will serve you seasonally-inspired, personalised traditional French cuisine using local fresh produce.
